For Agata Rebisz helping people in their Canadian immigration matters is nothing less than a passion.
Originally from Poland, she relocated to Canada in 2005 and started to develop her professional career in immigration. Much of her life has been dedicated to the practice and study of immigration law.
Her passion grew from her own immigrant background and the fascination of persons leaving everything behind and beginning a new.
Growing to learn the powerful role an immigration representative plays in people lives began a lifelong passion she enthusiastically holds to this day.
Dedicated to her profession, she monitors her clients cases throughout the process to conclusion.
She is now specializing in permanent residence applications under the economic class (provincial nominee, skilled workers, trade workers and entrepreneur), LMIAs, and temporary resident applications: work permits, study permits and visitor visas, IEC program. She also enjoys working on applications for permanent residency based on humanitarian and compassionate grounds as well as family reunification cases.
Although she is based in Canada, a great deal of her client base is off-shore with the majority of her clients in Europe. She uses to say that she has been privileged to travel the world to represent people at various stages of the immigration process. Effective representation as well as client satisfaction has fueled the growth of her immigration firm over the past few years. She can speak 3 languages (English, Polish and German) to make you feel comfortable as a partner in the process.
Agata is now writing on a permanent basis as an expert in immigration to the popular biweekly “Głos Polonii“.
Ms. Agata Rebisz looks forward to hearing from you.
